Our room was cheap and budget provided with thermostat in path and 1 king bed, as for instance. Booked it for usd 1478. The location was particularly good and unbeatable, we were near the heart of Umea.

The lobby lounge with a bar and free WiFi created the perfect atmosphere to unwind after a long day of exploring, just like a cozy living room away from home.

The hotel is a great base for exploring the pedestrian area, conveniently situated near the center. The central location is a plus. The room has a comfortable king-sized bed. We enjoyed a delicious lunch at Cinco Restaurante nearby.

We had a great time during our stay at Comfort Hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful, and they made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The location was perfect, with easy access to the city center and the seaside. The room was clean and comfortable, despite not having a window. The shower was also clean and provided a good water flow. We were pleased with the satisfactory breakfast and found enough plant-based options for our vegan family. The design of the rooms was cool, and the beds were very comfortable. The hotel was also family-friendly, which was a plus.

The breakfast was decent, with plenty of options to choose from. The gym was small but had enough equipment for a quick workout. The location was convenient, close to attractions and public transportation.

The staff was unhelpful and rude, especially when it came to explaining parking rules. There were no clear signs in the parking area, resulting in a parking ticket.

Good standard and comfy venue, perfect location just off the centre of Umeå, the ICA gourmet market and the city center, thoroughly enjoyed our stay. All of the staff members were attentive and excellent.

I really appreciated the hotel's accessibility for senior people. The layout of the hotel was well-designed, with wide corridors and easy-to-navigate spaces. The seating areas in the lobby were comfortable and provided a nice spot for relaxing or socializing with other guests.

It would have been even better if there were more handrails or support bars in the bathrooms. It would have made it easier for us, the older guests, to feel safer and more secure.
